The Stables
An established property, once the stable block for the local manor house.
At the start of 2021, when the COVID-19 vaccinations began to roll out, we saw an opportunity to support our local community in Clacton. Knowing how important the vaccination effort was to keeping everyone safe, we decided to get involved and assist the volunteers who were working tirelessly to ensure the process ran smoothly. Our contribution came in the form of building and donating a shelter to the local vaccination centre by utilising our valuable landscaping and carpentry skills.
This shelter was designed to provide a safe, covered space for the dedicated volunteers who were outside, often for long hours, in all kinds of weather. Whether it was the cold of winter or unexpected rain, the shelter gave them much-needed protection and comfort while they helped administer vaccines and managed the flow of people coming through the centre.
We’re incredibly proud to have played a small part in supporting the vaccination drive, as it was a crucial step toward returning to normal life.
